We charge a flat rate of $10 for postage within Australia via Australia Post. We do not offer an Express Service as we are not in the express network service area.
Orders over $200 will receive FREE shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We aim to send all of our online orders out within 72 business hours of the order being placed, and then we recommend you allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive.
From time to time, items may go out of stock before we have a chance to update our inventory - if we cannot fulfil your order within 10 business days, we will refund you within 48 hours.
Young Living Kit purchases will be dispatched from your nearest Young Living Warehouse (Sydney, Western Australia or New Zealand) and you will receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order has shipped. Some orders will be dispatched from our store in Montmorency, Victoria 3094. From time to time, items may go out of stock before we have a chance to update our inventory - if we cannot fulfil your order within 10 business days, we will refund you within 48 hours.
Any shipping refund will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout and not via cash.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders internationally.
We wish we could control how fast the freight companies and Australia Post deliver your items but sadly, we do not.
We usually send your item out with 72 business hours, Monday to Friday from our store in Montmorency, excluding public holidays and periods of closure around peak holiday times.
